Do I have to attend BDSS XI to attend Level Up?
No, you may just attend Elevate 360 if you wish. Just be sure to arrive on April 8 and stay one night with us at The Edition before we change to The Blue Lagoon area 45 minutes away. We can sent you a link to book one night at The Edition.

I am attending BDSS XI. How do I transfer my luggage?
On April 9 we will collect all your luggage and transfer it to Silica at the Blue Lagoon. On the 9th we will be doing a group activity before we head to the Bleu Lagoon area to check-in.

What are the speakers talking about?
We believe you need to be well-rounded and not just an expert on Amazon. Elevate 360 speakers will be covering wide variety of marketing, mindset, self branding, entrepreneurship, social media and more. This is truly a great way to round off your time in Iceland

What all is included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes all activities of the event, treatments of the program, breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages. Airfare and airport transfers are separate. Iceland is not cheap. 3 nights accommodation. at Silica are include in your ticket price.

What day should I arrive and depart?
If you are already attending BDSS XI, then just plan to fly back home on April 12. If you are not attending BDSS XI, then be sure to arrive on April 8 and fly out on April 12. Airport code is KEF

What happens if the volcano goes off nearby?
There s an active volcano not too far from The Blue Lagoon that periodically causes lava flows that block the road. The hotels are 100% safe, but occasionally they have to close the road to fix it. We are closely monitoring the situation but you will not lose access Elevate 360 in the event the event has to be altered.

I have special dietary needs, like Vegan or Kosher. Can you accommodate?
Yes, we will take care of you if you eat Kosher or Vegas or have any other special dietary requirements. Just indicate this when you sign up and/or when we send you an attendee questionnaire.
